“My husband, Tab, and I have been Lee Summit residents since 1991, but we have been in the area our whole lives. We joined Beautiful Savior in 2002, transferring membership from Peace Lutheran in KC. We have two grown children, both married - no grands yet! Tab and I built our own airplane about 13 years ago and enjoy flying and hanging out with our airport friends. Tab works in industrial sheet-metal, while I am employed in insurance services. Tab has served as an elder in the church for many years past. I served on the executive board at BSLC when we first transferred and stayed heavily involved with children’s ministry until our kids were in college. Tab and I have been part of small groups in the past, and felt the call to start leading this past year. We love Small Group and the opportunity to be able to connect with others on a more personal level through our studies. It is a blessing to be able to develop relationships with fellow Christians on a more intimate level, knowing that these friendships are a true treasure.”
